Dr Olivia Ong is an accredited R@W coach, mentor and trainer.
Kathryn McEwen, the creator of the R@W toolkit defines resilience at work as your “capacity to manage the everyday stress of work and remain healthy, rebound and learn from unexpected setbacks and prepare for future challenges proactively”.
Through R@W online assessments and one-on-one coaching with Dr Ong, you can explore the radical resilience of individuals and teams and, for leaders, how you foster radical resilience in your workplace.
The evidence-based validated R@W tools are designed specifically for the work context and consider the interplay between external influences, organisational structure and processes, leadership, team behaviours and individual behaviours. They are applicable to all roles and levels and you can see how you perform compared to a norm group of almost 4,000 people.
Through completing an online R@W assessment, you will gain insight into the seven dimensions that are critical for supporting radical resilience AND performance.
R@W tools can be used to explore radical resilience in individual and teams and how leaders promote radical resilience in their workplace.
You will be guided to explore current strengths that need to be maintained and identify areas where you could take action to build radical resilience at work. Through individual coaching or in group workshops, you will define a set of actions that are clear, practical, feasible and will support the growth in your radical resilience as individuals and teams.
