I gave a TEDx Talk at TEDxUniMelbourne (my alma mater!) I got to share my story “on the red dot.”
Giving this talk was a dream come true!

On Tuesday 1 August 2023, I’m hosting a virtual watch party to celebrate the release of my talk, “How to Be Your Own Best Friend.”
